Poor GUI design to update multiple worksheet

I really frustrating to navigate and check box as "N" for each entry in the capital asset worksheet.

There are close to 500+ entries and each one we need to manually select "Y" or "No" for "Is a digital asset".

Not sure who designed this page and did they perform any validation on usage. During download itself they should have asked response to this question instead of doing this at "Federal Review". If not, at the time of importing itself the tool should ask this question instead of at the end. Really, question about the design and architecture of this tool!

The worst of all is there two scroll bar and we need to scroll both to see what are the entries that requires update.

The ugliest part of the above is it allows to update only 4 at a time.

What a waster of time and hurting hands?

One of the worst ever tool that I ever saw in the 40+ years!
