Poor Download support from Intuit Turbo Tax 2024, 2023, 2022, and on

Different than last year but still abysmal.

I do my investing at Fidelity Investments.

My wife and I have multiple accounts,, some are complex generating Interest, Dividends and Capital Gains (sarcasm as this is quite normal).

Tried downloading all the data at once for all accounts. That go so screwed up I had to start the tax return over again at the beginning.

So then I figured I would enter the easy stuff but leave the dividends 1099-Div and capital gains 1099-B for download as there are so many entries to do by hand.

I am using Safari on a Mac Book Pro running Sonoma 14.4.1, pretty standard.

The downloads do not work.

I go through the process to log into fidelity and they say that they have completed but the data is not in the TTax. And TTAx takes me back to some unrelated page within TTAX and I have to navigate manually to the capital gains section to see that nothing is there.

Help if you got it this program is driving me mad.
