Poor Customer Service

So I have used turbotax for 8 years now.  I recieved an email with a 20% discount code.  I tried to use it, but it would not take it.  I contacted their support and they sent me a new code. That code also did not work. I figured that maybe I had to pay and then the code would be applied.  I was wrong. 

I have been told that that there is nothing they can do at this point, but really?  I guess next year I will see what HR is like and use their software. 

Cannot be that hard to get a refund or something from them but it must be.
