Did not receive 1099 HC. Received 1095 C

My wife had health inurance thru the year.  We received a 1095-C form but not a 1099-HC for MA state tax.  What should I enter in MA Tax return?

Please view the answer link below for instructions on how to enter this information into Turbo Tax. However, answer will relate to 2016 rather than 2015.
