My 2017 Federal tax return is finished. I will receive a decent refund. TurboTax printed estimated tax vouchers for 2018. Why would I pay extra for 2018?

My 2017 Federal tax return is finished. I will receive a decent refund. TurboTax printed estimated tax vouchers for 2018. Why would I pay extra for 2018 when I more than paid my obligation for 2017?
