Why can I not make a payment?!?

after entering my credit card information I get this error message:
"shippingInfoModel.zip(value: ) size must be between 2 and 14; shippingInfoModel.state(value: ) size must be between 2 and 2;"
even though everything is 100% correct

Please re-check your ZIP code and city value in Personal info section.

Yes, indeed.  That was the solution - thank you very much!  And it is because of my foreign residency and address just like other users described.
Unfortunately, because of it I ended up efiling about 10min past the deadline!  Wish there would be a note that the MAX bundle will really only work with a US mailing address.  Now I am wondering whether I am even elidigble for the MAX benefits...
