Please make sure you are running the most current version of the app. Check for updates in the app store. You can also try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Then log back into TurboTax.

TurboTax 2023 Home and Business Efiled Federal no problem, but when trying to efile CA State return payment screen, I get "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag" error
