Amend Prior Year Return - Mac Software Request Download does not download. Stuck on "Loading"

I submitted two requests for the Mac software download. Both do not download. Stuck on "Loading". Please advise on how to access this software. I need it asap for 2015 return. Requests - 17273 and 17239. Wifi and internet connection is working fine.

i messed up on my state taxes and ended up paying 640ish dollars. i ended up getting it amended and im waiting for my refund to come back. i dont know who to contact
