To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid,

Federal>l Deductions and Credits > scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid > Estimated Taxes

Do you want to enter Estimates you paid in 2020 for 2020? Or prepare Estimates for next year 2021 return?
