My filing methods step is concluded but won't let me continue to e-file.

Due to info on return can only file Federal by mail, but can e-file State return. Seems like a tech problem with the site, just keeps going back into a loop.

Please be aware if you cannot e-file your federal return then you will not be able to e-file the State. You will have to print and mail both returns.
