Hi all,
We are having an issue with the rejections for the AGI/Pin issue and cannot seem to get this accepted electronically no matter what we try (have confirmed AGI is correct, no prior PIN was used). Therefore, we are now in a bind and need to submit via mail.
1. How do we pivot from filing electronically (and being rejected) to now submitting via mail?
2. Are there any issues with doing so?

There should not be any issues with switching to file by mail. Please see the below TurboTax help article for directions.

Did you try e-File with AGI = zero. ?
also you can tell TurboTax you did not file last year and enter AGI = zero.
