Philadelphia Business Income and Receipts (BIRT) and Net Profits Tax (NPT)

Hi,

If I am exempt from Philadelphia Business Income and Receipts (BIRT) (gross business income under 100k), does that mean I owe zero Net Profits Tax? These seem to be Philly specific forms I have to fill out. I didn't see any info about it on TurboTax or even the Philadelphia Revenue website. It's vague. Thanks.

These are not supported by the Turbotax INCOME tax program.
