Per the IRS Forms site the 8606-T was updated and released on 2-2-17. But originally Turbo Tax said 2-8-17 now Turbo Tax stating it will not be ready until 2/15/17?

Per the IRS Forms site the 8606-T was updated and released on 2-2-17. But originally Turbo Tax said 2-8-17 now Turbo Tax stating it will not be ready until 2/15/17?

The IRS is not releasing any funds til after the 15th due to the government shutting down
