Pdf wont upload and keeps failing

I'm having the same problem.  I've paid for federal & state, both my documents are a PDF & nothing uploads.

What are your trying to transfer from?  From the Online version to the Desktop program?  You need to transfer from the .tax2020 file not the pdf.    Log into Online and try to download the .tax data file.

The only thing you can import from a 2020 PDF file is the data under the Personal Info tab. nothing else will be imported from a PDF. TO import everything from your 2020 tax return, you must import from the .tax2020 file.
