So you ended up in the wrong edition? Did you use Self-Employed Edition at $119 for Federal and $49 for State, when you don't have any self-employment income and didn't need a Schedule C?
Did you think you were in a lower edition?
You could talk to TurboTax Support and tell them you didn't prepare a Schedule C (if that's the case). I don't know what they will say/do.

If you are prompted for your issue, you can just say billing issue.
