When I e-filed both my federal and state returns, I elected to have the amount I owe taken as a direct debit. I entered the routing number and account number into Turbo Tax and got confirmation that it was accepted. However, I don't see anything in the PDF download of tax forms that says my account will be debited. Since this option exists for refunds, it makes sense to me that it would exist for payments. Other than waiting on it to be taken from my account, where do I find this information on Turbo Tax? Thank you!

If you want to check the debit date you specified, look on the filing instructions for your return. It will tell you the debit date the IRS or State will deduct the payment. If you did not print them out you can view them using the following steps:
TurboTax Online
TurboTax CD/Download
Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537 to inquire about your payment.
what if the "Add State" button isn't available ? everything directs to contact an expert. But no one can find the answer even after screen sharing , it is no where to be found. Its also not on my pdf. TIA
You will have to click Review State to get to the add state selection. Once you click review state, add state will show under your current state.
