The same thing happens EVERY year....time to efile and payment gets reject for fees....the credit cards are GOOD...same darn thing every year...what crap....I am DONE with this software

Not saying this is the case in your situation, however if the billing address for the credit card is not the same as the address entered on your tax return, this is the type of error you would receive.
