Payment for Trust with an EIN

I have a trust that has an EIN (estate and irrevocable). We owed a small amount this year. Is there a way to verify on the IRS website that a payment is in progress? It was filed electronically by my CPA so I didn't pay it through TurboTax.

Not sure if folks can help here as the Direct Pay option on the IRS website only pulls up a SSN and the business option only looks at corporations.

Your CPA probably sent it through the EFTPS Electronic Federal Tax Payment System - so you can verify with them.  

If you don't see the debit in your bank account 7–10 days after your return has been accepted, call IRS e-file Payment Services at 888-353-4537
