Payment debited from my account

I received an email saying that TurboTax was going to debit my account for payment for submitting my taxes. I thought this money would be taken off the top of my tax refund when we received it. We have been waiting for our refund and we filed feb 26.

ive been out of work due to vivid-19, and the money probably won’t be in my account when you try to debit it
