Payment after a offset

Never received a letter stating taxes offset, but I received a collection agency letter in which I answered and followed by making payments since 10/19 was told it wouldn't effect my tax or wages as

It’s not really clear what your question is, since your text appears to have been cut off, but you can verify whether part or all of your refund will offset any debts by calling the Bureau of the Fiscal Service's Treasury Offset Program.
