I tried to e-file for both federal and state and I have refunds for both. There was a $20 fee for the state return. I selected the option to charge my credit card. A pop-up indicates it needs to save my return before continuing, and I clicked OK. A separate window then pops up, "Let's complete your purchase online," directing me to click Continue to go to a secure server. However, the Continue button is not active and nothing happens when I try to click it. I tried clicking the "We can help you here", but again, nothing happens. I use Windows 10. I have cleared my cache, restarted my computer, but nothing seems to work. I don't want to choose the option where I can have the fee taken out of my refund because it's much higher - $45. I would appreciate any advice.

I'm on the phone now and it's not looking promising. I'm curious if there's anything people can tell the help agent to get to the resolution faster when they call.
Customer service phone agents have more tools to help troubleshoot certain issues than we do. Hopefully, they can get this resolved for you.
