Paying State efiling fees

When I'm entering me personal information to pay for e-filing my State return, the form over fills my screen and won'y let me navigate to the next area. How do I correct that?

We also cannot pay for the state filing because the screen image is too big, so we cannot reach the CONTINUE button. Wasted 30 minutes. Found complaints about this from 5 years ago. We'll send in by US Mail.
