Paying for services from outside the USA

I have been trying to pay for services rendered by credit card. However, I live abroad and the payment is not going through. Please advise me what to do.

For fee payment, we can only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards with a U.S. billing address. For more details, please see the Help Article here.
