TurboTax says one or my 1099-R payers' zip code is wrong - but I have verified and it is not. Might TurboTax not have their info updated? If so, whom should I contact? Or should I enter the old address from past tax filings? Thx.

To correct the zip code, try to delete the entire box and make sure you don't have any spaces, then try again. If you still can't get the zip code to work you can try to delete and re enter the form.
I am frustrated to the point of anger. I have entered my zip code to complete the electronic filing of my Federal return and your system rejects it as invalid. Believe me, I know my zip code in either format, and you won't accept.
I'm having the same issue. This is INCREDIBLY frustrating
