I need to mail in my federal and state tax return but I want to make sure I’m sending everything and nothing is missing and what order.
So for FEDERAL is it:
1. W-2, 1099 WITH withholding. (If there isn’t withholding it doesn’t have to be attached correct?)
2. 1040
3. Schedule A, B, C....
Also, where does my Form 4852? Do I also include form 540?
STATE:
1.w-2, 1099 that have withholding, form 4859 or form FTB 3525????
2. 540NR
3. CA schedules
4. Attach a copy of your federal return

How do I print and mail my return in TurboTax Online?
Your Federal return includes the 1040 and its supporting Schedules and Forms. You will see attachment numbers in the upper right hand corner. For example, Schedule 1 has attachment sequence No. 01. If you see worksheets, or anything that specifies that it not be sent, keep these for your own records.
For state, it is more or less the same format, but every state is different. Attach your Forms W-2, 1099-Rs and any other reporting document that has withholding on it.
Some states also require a Federal copy to be attached.

You should put the Form 4852 with your W-2 forms. The rest of your sequence is correct.

Ok just to be clear, in my case it would be:
For Federal:
W-2s, 1040, Schedule 1, Schedule 3, Schedule EIC, Schedule 8812, Form 8880, Form 8962.
So in my case would my form 4852 would go after Schedule EIC or with the other w-2s?
And state:
W-2s & Form4852(?), 540NR, California schedules, Federal Tax return.

Hello I mailed my complete tax return for state. And federal I thought when I was E filing thru turbo tax that it was a form for my stimulus ck but I see it was for taxes but form was not completed properly I had my taxes done by paper for the last 2yrs taxes 18_and 19 they were mailed in june how do I disregarded the turbo form
