Paid taxes on 1099 misc

I've received a Class Action Settlement, form 1099-misc, the payer took federal and state taxes from the total amount. When I entered my 1099-misc in turbotax, there's no place to add the taxes, medicare, etc paid and it takes the taxes again. How do I entered that taxes were already deducted? Thank you!

Paid taxes on 1099 misc

You will need to enter your 1099-MISC under Other Common Income to see those boxes for entry. Follow these steps:

In the Search box (upper right of program) search '1099 misc' and click the 'Jump to' link

When at the 1099 screen, check the box that reads "My form has other info in boxes 1-18" - this will open additional boxes including Federal income tax withheld and State taxes withheld (click on screenshot below for detail)
