I am administrator for my Aunt’s estate. I paid all legal fees from my bank account, can my Aunt 1041 deduct those fees?

The fees were not paid by the estate so, technically, the estate cannot deduct them as expenses (close call since you are the administrator).
You might want to have the estate reimburse you for all of the legal fees you paid and then the estate could deduct those fees as legal expenses.

That’s what I was thinking. If I could just make withdrawal from estate account as reimbursement to me. That might be work. But I think estate account doesn’t have anything since all funds were distributed out.
