Paid $59.99 Last year, Instead of refund IRS corrected and I had to pay $52.00. Why should I pay for this???

TurboTax is a self-prepared tax preparation program. Most errors (though not all) are due to user error.

Your other options would be to use another tax preparation program or to hire a tax professional to prepare your tax return(s).
