I see you have multiple threads which can lead to redundancy and confusion.

In other threads you mentioned PA-40X (amended PA return form).

Form PA Sch PA-40X, Schedule PA-40X is scheduled to be available on March 17.

You had recently in another thread asked about PA-40X, which is an amended PA return form.  I posted above and in your other threads info on when the PA-40X is scheduled to be available (March 17.)

If you need additional help other than that expected availability date for the PA-40X amended return form, here's how to phone TurboTax Support for assistance.

Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern),  7days/week.

I've been talking to turbo tax for days now and every time I call they tell me a different story.

When I go to my documents, it says my PA-40x is not final and I can't file it. On Monday I was told it was ready and that they could see it and to wait 24 hours. It's now been 48 hours and is still the same issue. Just talked to another person and what they said was to follow the link and see if it's available. Very useless. I'm extremely disappointed. The final date is coming soon and they have no idea about my form.

If you are using Turbo Tax Desktop, you will need to follow the instructions here to manually update the software if an update was completed to the software. 

If after the update completes the update is not showing, please follow the instructions here to contact us by phone and ask for technical support.
