PA State Filing Fee Changed Within 2 Days

I filed 3 PA state taxes on Friday for $20 each. I filed another PA state tax on Sunday (two days later), and the fee increased to $25. Any idea why this would happen?  TurboTax customer service said that they had no idea.

Thanks but already did that- as explained in my original post. I was just looking to see if anyone else also  experienced this.
