PA OPT

I received a second W-2. The only thing on it is the retirement plan box is checked and box 14 has PA OPT $52. Where do I enter this information?

Add this information on the same screen where you entered the W2 from this employer originally.  The OPT is short for occupation privilege tax, (Now knows as a Local Services Tax) A mandatory local tax not based on income.
