Owe Money from Last Year

While completing taxes through TurboTax App, I got a notification that I owed $75 from last year's taxes. I clicked on the option to pay it early (thinking I only had to pay the $75) and selected today to pay it off. It was reduced to ~$50. But, when I went through the rest of the filing process it shows I am paying the entire amount I owe for this year. I am wanting to pay that off in April. Is this possible - even though I told TurboTax I'd pay today? I'm fine with paying the $75, but am worried about TurboTax charging me late fees for saying I'd pay today.

This requires me to use a service I'd rather not use if it's a simple answer.
