Overtime W-2 Box 14

In w-2, so if I fill this as overtime category (e.g. OBBBTT or variation) which it is, then turbotax will automatically take care of deduction in TurboTax.

If not in w-2 (general question), how does one proceed with that?

Yes. If you enter it in the overtime category, then TurboTax will automatically take care of the deduction. After you hit continue then you will be asked a few more questions to be sure you qualify.
