I was charged $332 for using online Turbotax for a simple return. I did not want or use "Live Assist" or "Audit Protection" but I was charged for both. I contacted Customer Service for a refund and was told we'll send you a link to the refund site. The link is useless and when I contacted Customer service again I was told the link was the only way to request a refund. I've used Turbotax for over ten years and never had this kind of issue.
They have charged my card and been paid. Sent me an email saying your case is closed.

I just had this happen to me as well. Tried to speak to customer service and 3 times was hung up on while talking to them with no call back. I am beyond angry as I am old and on SS and I will not be eating if I don’t get my refund!
