Other income taxes paid in 2017. After entering the amount I paid for state tax from a prior year why does it continue "Revisit"?

The button always says either Start or Revisit.

If you have information in there, it will say Revisit.  That's the way you can tell if you've already visited that section.  You can go back as much as you want.
