Oregon State federal service deduction TSP

I understand that TSP required minimum distribution can be reduced for federal service before October 1, 1991.  My problem is that the TurboTax Federal Pension Summary  where you enter dates of service does not include my 1099R information for my TSP distribution.   How do I get TurboTax to recognize this deduction?

In the very first part of the Oregon state section of TurboTax, there is a question where you can indicate the service dates.  (See below)

Solved.  The TSP 1099R showed up after I changed an answer in the 1099 dialog to indicate that it was a pension item.
