Ordered my IRS Return transcript and it has a negative sign next to my refund amount and balance due.. does this mean that's what my refund will be?

I don't have a 846 code I do however have minus signs next to amount and by accurals below that. Do you have all that also

On a Return Transcript there is a line that says REFUND AMOUNT and -$XXXX and yes that is your refund amount.

On an Account Transcript you will see lines such as:

764 Earned income credit followed by -$XXXX and that is the amount of your refund from the EIC

846 Refund Issued followed by -$XXXX and this is the amount of your final refund.

If you are awaiting the EITC and/or the ACTC you wouldn't have the Code 846 yet as those refunds are not going to be issued prior to 2/15

I looked at my account transcripts for 2021 for the year of 2022. It's has a code 766 tax relief credit minus 1400 amount 03/27/21 and 

Under that it says code 846 refund issued 03/17/21 1400 but no minus on this one. What does that mean? Does that mean I'll get 1400 or 1800

On my account transcript it's showing various codes a few with -XXXXX and one with a "positive" numeric number. Does the negative mean they'll be taking that number from my refund amount that I was told that I'll be getting back?
