If i'm married filing separately both itemized, Personal Info, asks if anyone else can claim my husband as a dependent. How do I answer? If check no am I claiming him?

One spouse can NEVER claim the other as dependent , even when one is filing  as Married Filing Separate.  The question is really asking to find if somebody outside of the marriage  can claim him as a dependent  like his parents/ grandparents etc.
