One page says i owe money and another says I'm getting a refund

When I log into my turbotax account, I'm told I owe money, but then on other pages and when i try to file, it says I'm getting a refund.

Is one for Federal, and the other for State?

At the end Turbo Tax does show you the combined federal and state.  But that's only for you own info.  You will get the full refund on one and still need to pay a tax due.
