"Still being processed", is not a bad thing. I would say it's a good thing since it means you are only that much closer to getting your refund.
Although tax topic 152 is a pretty common thing that consumers see when checking their refund status, it is basically advising that The PATH Act of 2015, approved by Congress, requires the IRS to hold the refund for tax returns that include the Earned Income Tax Credit and/or Additional Child Tax Credit until Feb. 15. They cannot send refunds before then. However, the IRS cautions that your refund likely won’t arrive in your bank account or debit card until the week of February 27, if there are no processing issues with the tax return and you chose direct deposit.
Hang tight, you will see your status eventually change. This new law seems to be causing delays this year regardless of whether or not consumers are part of the act or not.
