On what day in Jan or Feb does the SLCSP Tax Tool at Healthcare.gov get updated for past year? For form 1095-A Column B

I need to fill in column B on my 1095-A document for the second lowest cost silver plan in my zip code. I cannot recall when the healthcare.gov page at https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-tool/#/premium-tax-credit updates itself in January or February to include the recently concluded year. (For example, on January 6, 2025, this tool only goes up through 2023 and does not yet include 2024).

Can anyone give me a working estimate of when this might occur?

what are you trying to do to complete the 1095-A for your 2024 return?  the form comes out anytime from mid-Jan to mid-Feb. try contacting them

I already have my form. The question is when is the tax tool, which provides the cost of the second lowest silver plan, is updated for the latest year, in this case 2024. I am not asking about when I get my form. My form had zeros in column B because I did not get any premium tax credits, but my income is low enough that I certainly should get them upon filing.
