On the state form I am having problems entering health info I received form 1095-b

You are not required to include this form on your tax return. It is for informational purposes only. 

Follow the directions below if you need to delete Form 1095-B.

1. Log in and click take me to my return (unless already in).
2. Click Tax Tools from the left-side screen and select Tools from the drop down menu.
3. Click the Delete A Form hyperlink and click the Delete hyperlink beside Form 1095-B.
