On the Marketplace application, parents are dependent. But on tax filing, cannot claim them as dependent. Who will file form 8962?

I filed an application to the Marketplace so my parents can get an insurance. (Me and my husband and my 2 kids have insurance through our jobs). My father works as parttime and his salary is not enough to be on the Marketplace.  I used mine and my husband's income to the application so they can get Marketplace insurance. I indicated that they are our dependents. The problem now is, I cannot claim my parents as dependents anymore because he earned more than $4050. And I failed to report it to the Marketplace so he and my mother are still a dependent on the application.
Can you please tell me how are we going to file the 8962. I received 2 Form 1095-A (one for my mom and one for my dad, each have 2 different policy numbers). Who is going to file the 8962, me or my dad (since he is going to file his own tax return). The 1095-A were addressed to me, should I be the one filing it with the 8962?
Im thinking, I cannot file the 8962 because my parents is not going to be a part of my tax family and the 4 of us dont have marketplace insurance, im not qualified to get the PTC.

Your Father will file the form 8962 on his return with the information for his and your mother's policy. It seems that this season the IRS is double checking the information form policies issued by the Market-Place. There have been quite a few customers who have received requests from the IRS to provide Copies of form 1095-A to be faxed or mailed to them. Your father will file with 8962, and at worst the IRS will request that he send a copy of form 1095-A.

On another note, please keep in mind that Social Security Benefits are not considered income to determine if an elderly parent is a dependent.
