If the Schedule ELC you are referring to is from the District of Columbia, then the license number they want is the Child Development Facility License number. ‌It's a number that your child care services provider should have.  

As you complete your District of Columbia return, the program will complete Schedule ELC as you complete the Early Learning Credit.
