being out of the country gives you two extra months to pay and file without a late fee,
since you are not entitled to that , pay 100% of your tax now at the IRS.gov/payments direct pay page.
There is not way to edit it from here once it has been accepted by the IRS. The regular extension to file lasts until October 18th, this year, on Form 4868 which you just filed. You are still responsible for payment of any tax due and if you estimate you owe, you can pay directly on the IRS website, if you have not already included in your extension.
If you pay, be sure to select to which year it should be applied and that is it for a tax return, not an estimated tax payment. That way it will be credited to in the right place. Click here for the IRS payment website.
This is from the IRS instructions for Form 4868 but will not disturb the extension you have completed until October 18, 2023.
You are allowed an automatic 2-month extension to file your return and pay federal income tax if you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien, and on the regular due date of your return:
[Edited 04/18/23|4:20 pm PST] to correct extension information
Form 4868 extends your filing date by another four months, to Oct 15, just like for everyone else.
