Oklahoma forms not ready yet?

Yes, from time to time not all tax forms are ready for filing by the time filing season starts. It's usually certain state forms, but sometimes even federal forms aren't ready. 

This year, due to the new tax law, states are scrambling to make their forms compliant with the new federal rules. There are a good number of states that are behind this year. In Virginia, where I live, it's a similar situation. They are accepting returns, but not processing them until they are sure they're ready. I advise just to be patient and keep checking back.
