Okay, i already have tried this 1000 times, a friend of mine called Turbotax 5min ago and they've told her that the can send the varification code on my e-mail. I don't have US number.

I’m trying to resubmit after the rejection code but every time I get to where it says pay with refund it just it’s like a loop and it repeats and restarts the final step
