Are you sure your answer is correct? Last year you did support it and the report was generated from TT Business.

Well, if you use the TurboTax Business Edition and the Business Edition State program for Texas Corporations, then it may well be included in 2017 if you used it in 2016.
I was looking at the personal editions only.  We do not have information on which forms and schedules are included in the individual state business programs when using the Business Edition.

For 2016, I only purchased TT Home and business and TT Business and this was all I needed.  Texas has no state tax to be filled.  I only need to send the Franchise Tax Report to the state.  Do I need to purchase more than the TT Home and Business and TT Business for the 2017 fillings?

No.  You would use the TurboTax Business Edition for your corporate tax return and the Business state corporate return (Franchise Tax Report).  
You would use the TurboTax Home and Business edition for your federal personal tax return.

I do have a pass-through entity here in Texas.  It is an S Corporation. Is it correct that the 2017 TT Business does not provide the Franchise Tax Report?

Did you use the Business Edition in 2016 and also the Business Edition state program for Texas?  Did the Texas state program provide the Franchise Tax Report in 2016?

No.  Again, I only purchased and used TT Home and Business and TT Business.  I did not need to purchase the Business Edition state program.  I believe the Franchise Tax Report in 2016 was provided by the TT Business.  I still have the email from the Intuit transmission.  I still have the same question.  Where do I get the Texas Franchise Tax Report for 2017?
