Ohio school district income tax

I am unable to file 2023 Ohio School District income tax. I repeatedly get an error in the review that the school code is incorrect. The school code is correct. But on the worksheet a second line shows a school district code SDR, with no information. I try to delete it, but cannot because I get a message that there are taxes tied to it. I only resided in one school district and it pulled that info correctly from my W2. How do I get rid of the SDR line so I can file? Thank you for any answers.

Does anybody else have SDR listed as their second school district code on an otherwise blank line on Ohio School District income tax. It will not allow efiling this way and I do not know how to remove it. I don’t even know how or why it appears. The correct school code and info is listed above it on the first line.
