Hello, my refund was supposed to be $1636 And then minus turbo tax fees $81 my balance should be $1555. “Tax product PE3” which I assume is you guys , deposited only $1514... so $41 is mis

spoke with customer service agent .. still a little confused, is it that there is an “efiling fee $81 deluxe package “and then a “return processing fee $39” which turbo tax bank ch

When you chose to have the TurboTax fees deducted from the refund, you also agreed to pay the $39.99 bank fee for this convenience.   Did you figure that into the $81 that you showed above?
